Sustainable Me is an initiative presented by the Wellness Centre to inform Campus residents on topics related to health and wellness.


Health Coaching: Using motivational interviewing to facilitate behaviour change. In this education session, Joanna will introduce the concept of health coaching as a tool to enable individuals to take control of their health.
