Back by popular demand! Join Russel for this fun workout using boxing conditioning drills.
Free for members, $10 for non-members. Bring a non-member and receive a $5 credit on your account.

Group Exercise Schedule/Optimal
Our group exercise drop-in schedule remains the same for the month of May. Please RSVP using the member portal.
There is a lot of movement on the wait lists. Please use them, as it is likely that you will get into the class.
If you do not get in via the waitlist, consider using our virtual platform, Optimal for your group exercise needs.

Run Club
Thank you to Rob and Sardar for getting our Wednesday Run Club back up and running (pun intended).
Meet at the front desk every Wednesday at 12pm for a 5-6km run, all fitness levels welcome.

After Hours Door Access
Some members have been experiencing issues accessing the facility via the back doors. Please send me an email if you’ve been having this problem.
We expect to resolve the door access issue during the May 8th EDO, thank you for your patience.
Exercise and Stress Management - Slides
Thank you to everyone who attended our Exercise and Stress Management session on April 28th.
The slides are now available on our website.
Member Survey
Please help us give you the best fitness centre experience possible by filling out our annual member survey.

Mileage May
Run, walk or row 100 miles in May! Earn Milestones for every 25 miles that you complete.
Participants will be entered to win Amazon gift cards. Start tracking your miles using the binder located at the front desk.
