TRX Bootcamp
This is a high-intensity, full-body workout that combines TRX suspension training with dynamic bootcamp-style drills. Using your own body weight and the TRX straps, you'll engage multiple muscle groups to build strength, endurance, balance and core stability. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
Sport Conditioning
This circuit style class will work your strength, mobility, agility, coordination and cardiovascular system. Impact and non-impact options are provided. All fitness levels are welcome.


Box and HIIT
This high-energy class combines the movement of boxing with the intensity of HIIT (high intensity interval training) for a full-body workout that packs a punch! You'll use jabs, crosses, hooks and footwork while alternating with explosive cardio and strength intervals to maximize calorie burn and endurance.
Spin
Get ready to ride! This high-energy indoor cycling workout combines energizing music and motivating instructors to provide a workout which challenges your endurance and strength. You'll pedal through intervals of speed, resistance climbs and sprints designed to boost cardiovascular fitness and burn calories. Suitable for all fitness levels - adjust the resistance to match your goals.


Fitball Blast
Enhance your core strength, balance and mobility in this dynamic class using a stability ball (fitball). Each session combines functional movements, strength training and conditioning exercises to give you a full body workout. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Yoga Fusion
A gentle mix of simple yoga poses and light strength work to improve flexibility, balance, and core stability. Perfect for newcomers, this class moves at an easy pace and focuses on calm, controlled movement to help you feel relaxed, confident, and refreshed.
