Each month,the Campus Wellness Centre offers engaging challenges and education sessions that cater to our members needs. Challenges vary from focusing on physical fitness components such as cardiovascular, strength building and stretching / mobility. Build consistency and improve your fitness with this quick and effective high-intensity workout. Aim to complete the workout 10 times in a month, and record your completions on the front whiteboard.
