Each month,the Campus Wellness Centre offers engaging challenges and education sessions that cater to our members needs. Challenges vary from focusing on physical fitness components such as cardiovascular, strength building and stretching / mobility. Some programs will guide you through healthy eating and mindfulness tips. Continue reading to learn about the current challenge and access some of our past programs and challenges!

This is a fun (and FREE) attendance challenge. Roll the die each time your come in for a workout. Climb up the ladders, and slide down the snakes.
