Each month,the Campus Wellness Centre offers engaging challenges and education sessions that cater to our members needs. Challenges vary from focusing on physical fitness components such as cardiovascular, strength building and stretching / mobility. Some programs will guide you through healthy eating and mindfulness tips. Continue reading to learn about the current challenge and access some of our past programs and challenges!

Celebrate the season with 12 days of fun and festive fitness!
Each day introduces a new, fitness challenge to keep you moving, motivated, and energized through the holidays. Join in for simple daily challenges, plenty of encouragement, and a great way to stay active during the busiest time of year.

Participants are entered into a daily draw for mystery presents!
