Each month,the Campus Wellness Centre offers engaging challenges and education sessions that cater to our members needs. Challenges vary from focusing on physical fitness components such as cardiovascular, strength building and stretching / mobility. Chronic psychological stress can cause big mental and physical problems. Join us for a free education session all about the physiology of stress, and strategies you can use to help manage it.
