I’m a certified personal trainer with a Diploma in Kinesiology and a deep passion for health and fitness. Since graduating, I’ve been fully immersed in the fitness industry, helping individuals transform their lives through movement, education, and empowerment. My mission is simple: to guide people toward achieving their goals, improving their mobility, and understanding the “why” behind every exercise.

Who I Work With
I love working with all age groups, but I’ve had exceptional success training clients aged 50 and above. My experience in this demographic has taught me the importance of mobility, balance, and confidence in everyday life. Seeing clients thrive and feel empowered is what drives me every day.
