I enjoy testing my limits and inspiring others to challenge theirs. With consistent, progressive training—paired with rest, recovery, and proper nutrition—the human body is incredibly adaptable. You might be surprised by how far it can take you!
About Me
I began my career as a personal trainer in 2006 while I was earning my Kinesiology degree at the University of Calgary. I transitioned to full-time personal training once I graduated in 2008 and I’ve been working in the fitness and health industry ever since. Recently, I've expanded my education to include behaviour change coaching and exercising for mental health.

I’m passionate about physical activity and the importance of developing all aspects of fitness. Aerobic fitness helps prevent chronic disease and supports endurance for activities like hiking and sports, while strength training protects against injury, boosts bone density, and enables full, functional movement. Being active improves mental health by building confidence, reducing stress, and preparing us to handle life’s challenges.

In my spare time, I run, hike, and scramble in the mountains. I’m an avid long-distance trail runner, competing in 50–350 km mountain races. I love testing my limits to see what lies beyond them—and hope to inspire others to push theirs as well.
